No witty subject lines for dead girls
Jul. 31st, 2010 01:39 pmI forgot to meme yesterday because I was dying of plague. Since today I'm missing the kayaking trip I've had planned for a month to continue dying of plague, you get two questions.
10. What are some really weird situations your characters have been in? Everything from serious canon scenes to meme questions counts!
Umm. Hunting vampires in the sewers. Being chased by nightgaunts through parking garages. Having a conversation with the person who killed your sister (albeit accidentally). Being possessed by angels, or ghosts, or elder gods. How weird is weird, in spec fic? If it's only weird to the characters, then I would have to cross out the vampire hunting, since that's just part of Isyllt's job.
That second sentence makes no sense to me. None whatsoever.

My favorites are the ones who volunteer information, and my least favorite those who withhold it. Especially for six freaking drafts of a book.
