I contemplate giving up something for Lent. But I'm not sure what. Something I like whose absence might be vaguely healthy. That means it's time for a poll!

Very selfishly, I'll suggest you give up sleep for Lent so you can write more books for me to read. (I bought one of your books last week, read it, loved it, and would like to read lots more!)

The marquis made me give up giving things up for Lent a few years ago. It's very relaxing.
