Off topic, but thought you might like to know that I spotted The Bone Palace in a bookstore in Denmark yesterday (UK cover). That means you're in pretty fine company over here, since DK bookstores only import what's hot in the fantasy world. Also, it probably means they had The Drowning City and sold it.
