Once I ran to you, now I run from you
First run (walk) of the year, a mile in about 13 minutes. I want to get that down to 12. I am very cross with my warm, sunny January so far.
The nice thing about running alone is that I don't have to get up at 7:30 to meet the group. The bad thing is that then I sleep till 9:30, don't get to park till 11, and don't sit down to write until afternoon.
