Warrior Workout continues to beat me like a rented mule. I managed 45 minutes today before my left shoulder informed me that no, really, we were stopping. And my down-dog is a joke. (Any position that involves straightening my legs at angles is pretty joke-like for me. They just don't do that.)

I guess that means I should concentrate on this DVD and stop goofing around with Dance the Chakras. Alas.

And I'm starting to wonder if Google Docs not only suck, but suck contagiously. It seems like whenever I have one open, my whole browser goes to shit.

You know which pose kills me in that workout? Down dog on your toes and fingertips. The first time I did that DVD, I was like, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?"

Normal down dog is so bad for me the fingertips hardly make it worse. The whole bending elbows and lowering part doesn't work out so well either. At least my cats get a good comedy routine. :P
