Back from Thanksgiving at my parents', which was quiet and nice. I got to see Fatty Lumpkin again, and he has grown into a handsome cat indeed. (Follow the link for more kitty pics.)

Sorted some ideas out for the book, and lobbed another turnip.

I'm glad I didn't cook, but now I'm sorry I didn't bring some leftovers home.

Fatty Lumpkin is a very fine fellow, indeed. And the shot with the boots reminds me of my cat, Jezebel. She loved to stick her face deep into jogging shoes and hikiing boots and then flop over on the floor with that look in her that most cats get when they've had catnip. She's been high for ages off good foot stink. :-)

It's nice to hear I'm not the only person on my friends list who enjoys Thanksgiving with my parents. I start to feel like a bit of a freak.

Parents are fine. It's extended family holidays when I want to run and hide, possibly with lots of stockpiled ammo.
