Not that public accountability has every made me do a damned thing when I was feeling lazy or tired or stressed, but hey. It's a nice illusion.
The running group's schedule has us running four days a week, but since running is my crosstraining for climbing, I am knocking that down to three. I climb two days a week, three if I'm lucky. Between the two, I'm hoping even my moribund metabolism might get a jolt. My tentative schedule is climbing on Monday, Wednesday, and maybe Friday, and running on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. I'd also like to kayak more often, but that's hard to schedule if I don't want to do it alone.
The beginning of this week was spent fighting off proto-plague, but I ran yesterday and walked around three miles on the Greenbelt today. Tonight I will eat protein and keep slogging through the end of The Bone Palace. (Somehow I managed to write the rambliest 10k chapter ever. It's getting split once or twice.)
