Project: Valkyrie is back in effect

I got off my deathbed this morning and went to running orientation. I ran. Reader, it sucked. It was mostly walking, and I did manage to run for every minute-long interval, but it mostly felt like my lungs were melting.

Ah, well. I paid money; I am committed. And hopefully it will help the climbing. And when I'm no longer sick, these morning runs can be rewarded with coffee and pastries.
