11. The Surgeon - Tess Gerritsen
Alas, I didn't like this one anywhere as much as The Bone Garden. Way too much women-as-victims, way too much rape-as-defining-event, and I think it failed the Bechdel test. For a book that felt like it was trying to be feminist, it completely failed for me. Also, I totally skimmed all the unsub-cam. Boo.
Kino-running:
8. Evil Dead II (rewatch)
I think my book needs a lot more headless chicks with chainsaws. Good times, good times.
