I was just about to post a boring whiny post about my lack of short story ideas. Luckily for you, I have something better to post now.

For those playing along at home, this is my third They Fight Crime story, and also the Dead Charlie challenge story from ancient workshop days, and thirdly the story I wrote for the FSF slushbomb back in August 2006. So please join me in a heartfelt Hallelujah that it has found a home.

And speaking of Hallelujah, this promised money is fortuitously timed, as Saint Leonard is touring this summer. Not that a lack of money would keep me from Evil Sexy Leonard Cohen.
