Other writerly stuff: Time-stamping chapters, rearranging chapter breaks, making an outline with color-coded povs, updating my website with silly novel blurbs. My cat is buffed to a high gloss finish.

Mail: My new driver's license! On which I botched my new signature on its first time out.

Bass progress: I am not quite up to "Nine While Nine" yet. Also, skin is peeling off three fingers, and my right thumb and left index finger have leprous numb spots. Using a pick would alleviate much of this, but I am stubborn.
