Parley

One of my favorite things about spec fic is the conversations between stories. Discussion, refutation, hommage, gibbering fannish love--it's delightful to behold.

So, how many similarities, be they aesthetic, characterization, or story elements, can you find between the Pirates movies and the original Star Wars trilogy? :)
