Sustenance: Tazo chai and merlot-garlic-pepper olives. Best. Olives. Ever. And the cloves of garlic....yum.
Books in progress: The Death of the Necromancer, Four and Twenty Blackbirds, Bewitchments of Love and Hate.

Ahh, the reuniting of author with long-trunked characters. They love me. They really love me. They'll do anything for this story. They'll make it all work out. We'll see how long this lasts.

The safe place won--I have no idea where my W2 went. But I can pick up another at Payroll tomorrow, so the day is saved. I will find the cursed thing the day after I do taxes, I'm sure.

Also, check out the lovely promo art for the White Witch, who will be played by the equally lovely Tilda Swinton. Perhaps there will be witchy white toes.

The story found a working title--Aubade. It's pretentious that way. It wants a companion book called Nocturne, or at least to be divided into two sections. Silly git.

There is no love like the love of un-trunked characters. They are working their asses off for me. If they carry me past 10k without stalling I'll let them all get laid.

Tomorrow Isyllt gets to venture into the sewers to talk to vampires. This makes her way too happy. I still don't know why the lich stole the dead queen's body. Hopefully this and more will be revealed to me soon.
