My brain is playing Oh, Is That My Tail?

I have the urge to write something Hellblazer-esque in response to That Movie, but I don't have a real idea yet. I feel as though a Tindalosi hound could be involved in some way. I also wonder if there are any hounds permanently set up in our plane of existence. Uncle Yoggy seems like an indulgent sort of being, who would let his kids have fun. What do you think?

Oooh... Maybe I could do something with Uncle Yoggy's knee-breakers. Possibly using the line: "He knows the gate. He is the gate. He is the key and guardian of the gate. And when He does someone a favor, he expects to be repaid."

I'm not sure how Yog-Sothoth became the transdimensional Godfather in my brain, but I'll run with it.

Hmm. Now I just need to cast the roles of two knee-breakers and an indebted magician.

ETA: I'll give you a cookie if you can name my two knee-breakers (female). My first instinct is to call them Angela and Isobel, from That Movie, but my first instinct is usually the cheesy one.

[livejournal.com profile] stillnotbored wins the cookie for Name That Hound. The hounds are hereby christened Daphne and Gillian.

For the next round, what sort of day jobs might Tindalosi excel in? (Must make use of angles, preferably.) Pool-shark is already taken by [livejournal.com profile] matociquala--and anyway, Mithras is a pool hustler in my universe. Interior decorators? Lawyers?

They whisper to me that "Morgan and Voss, Attorneys at Law" would look so nice on an office. The wheels in the brain go round and round...

No, sorry Mr. Brain. The world does not need a comic strip called Lean & Athirst, the chronicle of two earth-bound Tindalosi Hounds gone native. No. No. No. Next idea. please.
