A much better less cranky day

I'm surprisingly alert, given that I didn't fall asleep till three, and then woke up every hour or so until 7:30. So far, no cranky. *knock on wood* Minions are hired, all rejections sent (several times I had to fight the urge to add "good luck submitting your work elsewhere" at the end of the rejection). I have coffee. I hate the book only as much as it deserves, and don't feel the need to burninate more that 50% of the planet.
I want another short story. Nan is not putting out anymore until I learn quantum mechanics and string theory, and Lailah seems to have wandered off to play with shiny things. Dogtown needs some sort of revision, and tSG needs tweaking.
How did all this repetitve sentence structure get into this book? I finally killed most of the word rep, only to find comma splice after comma splice. Argh.
And in a pleasant morning surprise, my car insurance payment has gone down $50. Woo!
