New words: 1080
Old words gutted and revised: 630
Words lost to gutting: around 1500. They were pretty words, too. :( Stupid plot.
New total: 11052
Sustenance: cream of chicken soup, chai
Exercise: weights this morning
Assistance: Fafnir like to jump at the doorknob. This is not cool when he does it at odd hours of the night and wakes me up.
Tyop du jour: ...blue and purple paisleys wriggling like toxic amoeba across the breadspread.
Darling: "Between the conception and the creation, between the emotion and the response, falls the subtext." or He feels the earth spin beneath him, too fast; it will throw him off and he'll fall forever into that empty blue. Not sure about that semicolon, though.
I like Peter's newfound sense of purpose a lot, and it's nice to have those plot holes filled in. Now I need to figure out Adrian's real last name.
