Sharks has to be the most practical phobia. It's not like one can just appear in your bath, or dangling from a thread over your head as you walk into your bedroom... Good job, come to think of it...

It's really pretty tame, as phobias go. Until I get to a beach, and can't wade farther than thigh-deep water.

Nutella spice bread - I salivate at just the thought! I don't suppose you would part with the recipe?

It starts as Vienna bread, which for some reason I can't google a good recipe for this morning. I'll keep looking. But once you've made the Vienna bread dough and have it rolled flat, then you slather on Nutella and as much cinnamon and cloves or whatnot as you like. Then you roll it into a loaf and bake and presto. It is sooooo good.
