After being outrageously successful with this strategy last year--eschewing not just processed sugar, but also pasta, potatoes and bread--I'm doing it again, with the caveats that I will be able to finish the Valentine's chocolates, that one Dove Dark Promise/day is medicinal, and that I can make either nachos or pizza each week. (Certainly started Calorie-Defying Housekeeping with a bang--we moved furniture about last night, up and down stairs.)
