I was afraid of that. When I first saw a picture and blurb I wanted to see Agora badly -- but the little I remember of history told me it probably wouldn't have a happy ending, and even the blurb wasn't -- cheerful. *wry grin*

Is it good? I figured it would be eye-candy, and I'll watch anything set in the ancient world. . . but I've seen mixed reviews and am curious what I'd be getting into.
