I'm presently luxuriating in post-workout soreness. Because it's not the Serious Shoulder Issues I've been dealing with for the last many moons. It's just 'oh yeah, I worked out today and my PT added another weight machine to my routine'. Given that it was previously at the Have An MRI and Have Some Serious Pain Meds and Have Months of PT stage, this is actually somewhat welcome.
(I still kind of hate portions of my PT, but it's working so I hate it quietly.)
