Recipe recs?

Today I'm stupidly cranky and don't really want to write. So I can either bake, or turn the papasan bowl upside down and make the cats fight Thunderdome-style.

I have chocolate, dried cranberries, cashews, most necessary spices, and a bread robot. (But no milk.) Anyone have any good recipes for me to try?
