Bitter black beasts

ammitnox, I decided that there needs to a be a cocktail called the bĂȘte noire. I couldn't find a recipe, so I asked the bartenders at PechĂ© to make me one. What I got was a variant Negroni, with rye, sweet vermouth, and Campari (1-1-1). It is dark, bitter, and delicious. I love having an absinthe bar.
