At the risk of jinxing myself, I may have got it right this time.

The Novel With No Name
Words today: 1347
Words total: 1347
Opening line: The temple of Kimah was a place of bells.
Ending line: Penthe's penmanship was halting and uncertain, but the brush never trembled in her hand as she lined Tamar's eyes with ink made of ashes and charred bones.
Mean things: ritual fasting, the uncertainty of the future
Things that still need names: A mountain range, the country where this temple and various city-states reside.

Not only did I get words today, but I'm also filled with the limerent rush of New Book. It even has the beginnings of a soundtrack. Now it just needs a title.
