The end of a meme
Aug. 31st, 2010 12:48 pmAndroid Lust is playing tonight, and I'm working late. Cranky badger is cranky.
It's the last day to play "Guess that song" and win fabulous internet prizes! I'll even throw in some hints. The remaining songs are:
1. What you see is what you believe and I can see how you want it to be
The band members are from Texas, and fond of comic books, as their name suggests.
3. Conquer and divide, choose your favorite side, loving you is not good for me
The band is Belgian; the guest vocalist on this track is Canadian (and adorable, as my icon may suggest).
16. All we do crumbles to the ground though we refuse to see -- "Dust In the Wind", but not the Kansas version.
Half a point if you can guess the covering band. The singer is female.
18. With no provision but an open face along the straits of fear -- "Kashmir", but not Led Zeppelin.
Another female vocalist cover. The person who sent me the song could probably guess this one. :P
25. I'm the dusk, I'm the frightening calm, I'm a hole in the pipeline, I'm a road-side bomb
A side project sadly lacking guitars. The guitarist was off being in a band with the singer of #14.
27. We drink elixirs that we refine from the juices of the dying
If no one gets this I'm not talking to my f-list anymore.
The complete list is here.
