Baby my race is almost run

Despite rain and sleeping through my alarm clock, I ran my first 10k today. I ran more than I thought I would, and finished in 01:27:39 (chip time). Beating a 15 minute mile for every mile makes me pretty happy. The rain was a misting drizzle--very humid, but nice to not have sun. All in all, awesome.

Then I ate pancakes, and now I'm going to sit here and vegetate for a very long time.
