Mar. 25th, 2010 02:32 pm4.5 miles today, which was very pleasant, except that my expensive running shoes gave me a blister and a sore spot on my heel. >:( And yeesh, the marathon is only two weeks away.
The octopus is still a source of delight, and after the black mess I left on my pillow the first night has been behaving very well. I'm now a fan of Aquaphor ointment--it's like smearing grease on my arm, but the moisture lasts all day, and I've seen no hint of scabs or peeling.
And now I will make coffee and start my revisions. More exciting updates to follow.
