I thought that the Alamo's jiggy crunk night was the whitest thing I've ever witnessed--and it may still be--but a Brave Combo show gives it a run for its money. Still pretty awesome, though.

There was camping this weekend, and an aborted attempt at climbing at Reimer's Ranch. All in all, much fun was had.

25. Street Magic by Caitlin Kittredge

This book is a hell of a lot of fun. Deftly written, adorable characters, and a balls-out stop-and-roll-in-it worldbuilding that I'm quite enamored of. As far as scions of JC go, this one hit the mark for me much better than did the Felix Castor books. The kind of proper urban fantasy I want more of.
