Reason for stopping: quotaish, and saving the smack-talking for tomorrow
Sustenance: vindaloo and an ice cream sammich
Mean things: panic attack, owl monsters
Deaths: The big monster ate a little monster
Darling: Here, the owl told her, who got it from a buzzard who in turn had the news from nightjars. Here the witch-girl fell.
Quirks: This book is apparently mosaic-shaped. It gives me shiny pieces and I have to find a pattern for them, and then go back and fill in the seams and stick smaller pieces in the gaps. Which is fun, but leaves with the constant nagging certainty that I need to back and write something else. Right now it's the certainty that I need to give the antags a couple more scenes before we get this far.
Also, I rejoined the 'shop the other day, so I may get around to posting this eventually.
