Spiders all the way down
This is becoming less of a forced march and more a leisurely stroll through scenic meadows on the way to a picnic. I need more orcs with whips.

I figured out what happens next in TDC, and then ran smack into a critical failure of logic. So now I need to fashion a crude plothole cover out of leaves and twigs.
There may be hope for Teneral, as well as its theoretical sister-stories Apolysis, Ecdysis, and Imago. I have abandoned the SCIENCE in favor of things like plagues of madness and spider-gods spinning webs of dreams. Whatever gets you through the night, I say.
But in happier news, I finished painting! The dining room is defeated. The carpet is even clean(er). Tomorrow the dining room table will assume its rightful place.
