The red of cabernet sauvignon

hawkwing_lb's fault. Reading her chapters on the 'orkshop has awoken something dire--the dreaded sueicus vampiricus. The vampire Sue has been asleep in the back of my brain for many years, but I knew she'd wake up some day.
Now she's alive, and hunting for plots.
This can only end in suffering.
The big question is, should I try to find a plot for a book with vampires, or bite the bullet and try to write a book about vampires? The former isn't so hard, but the latter is very tricky indeed.
