A random collection of stuff

I woke up at 6:30 this morning, and then realized I work tonight instead. Bed was promptly returned to.

matociquala talks about muddles over here . I'm not a fan of middles, particularly, but I tend to die somewhere in the late beginning. I have several books sitting around that ran out of steam at 15k. Sometimes they last till 20k just to fuck with my head a little. Of course, I've never written a book over 80k, so maybe it's all the same thing.

In other news, I adore iTunes. Not only can you find 80s songs that earworm you at two in the morning, but you can track down twenty versions of traditional songs like Death Letter or Deep Elem Blues.
