Alas, the pine in Voodoo slays my boy dead. He's not answering on IM right now, so he may have finished dying after I left and is now shambling mindlessly around the house. Or the cats are eating him.

Con stuff

WFC was lots of fun. Hung out with the usual suspects, and met new people like mmerriam, careswen, and katfeete. Did not get to stalk schmooze meet as many editors/agents as I'd have liked, but oh well. I need more finished stuff before I can really pimp myself anyway.

I committed necklace again. I am a recidivist. This one is "And Summer-Colored Where the Bones Shone Through". It is long and sparkly and related somehow to "Waiting for the Frog". Now I just need to finish the frog story so I know what happens.

I also earned some credit with elisem by working her booth for a bit. Gee, sit down and stare at shiny things for an hour? Twist my arm, please. "Daughter of the Drowned Lands" and "Remembered by Dust" are far too pretty and need to leave me alone.
