Over the past two days I've managed 1813 words. Sadly, most of that was a ground-up rewrite of a scene, so the ms total is only 60,236. Ah, well...
But, I have catwaxy goodness, in the form of soundtrack CDs. Never underestimate the power of a good soundtrack.

I went to the Health Center today and switched my birth control prescription--hopefully the were-bitch from hell moodswings will be over by the end of August. The fact that I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half this morning did not help those moods, lemme tell ya.
26 days till Boston. I need a new swimsuit, as the Sheraton Boston boasts the largest indoor/outdoor pool in New England. And those publish-me boots.
And I really need to edit "the Violet Hour" and sent it out into the world to make its fortune.
