Sustenance: None while writing, but three cups of IHOP coffee and French toast at the post-word brainstorming session.

Excercise: none, I'm just a lump of pallid flesh slumped over a keyboard
Brainstormed upcoming events, hopefully tied a few threads in tighter. I need to make some notecards. So far no major deviations from the present course are needed. Must not forget about Macguffin Boy, as I am no longer giving him pov in the first half of the book. He's still there, really. It's becoming a juggling routine as my pov characters have started competing for page time. Well, really Alex and Antja are competing--Rainer and Liz are too busy worrying about Macguffin Boy. Alex has amazing powers of snark, but Antja has flashy legs and the devil in her corner.
Got my first paycheck in salary-land today. Much prettier than the part-time checks I was getting. I really like my job, and I know how lucky I am to be able to say that. And I have the green light from work to take forensic anth in the fall, with the bestest prof ever. Watch out, next thing you know I'll be writing spec forensic-procedural mysteries.
I've had 5 cups of coffee today. Perhaps that's why it's 4 AM and I'm wide awake. Eeee!
